Returns & Refunds Policy

If there is an issue with your order, simply let us know and we are happy to have the opportunity to resolve the situation. You may return new, unopened items for a refund or defective items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility in some cases such as unwanted or accidental order, but we’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.), manufacturer defect or carrier mishandling resulting in breakage. Please note that in the case of accidental or unwanted orders, refused deliveries, or orders returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, refunds may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that any non-defective item that is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or is damaged (including the product box/packaging) may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.

  • Most orders are shipped M-F usually within 1-3 business days of receipt of full payment, but some items do require an additional 1-3 business days for handling and processing. Orders will ONLY be shipped to the address provided at the time of payment.
  • All orders shipped to CA will be charged 9.5% state sales tax.
  • Sorry, no local pickups. We ship only to the continental United States. Sorry, no HI, AK, or international orders.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS to addresses within the lower “contiguous” 48 U.S. states ONLY. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for all orders. Tracking information is provided with every order via email once the item ships. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform the seller of any special shipping instructions, requests or circumstances. Sorry, we do not offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
  • While we take every precaution to prevent breakage occurring during transit, we cannot be responsible for carrier mishandling and do not guarantee against breakage of fragile glass items.
  • ALL SHIPMENTS OVER $100 IN VALUE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE MATCHING BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES. This policy limits fraudulent abuse, which helps keep our prices exceptionally low!
  • ALL SHIPMENTS OVER $200 IN VALUE WILL BE SENT WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. This is to protect both buyer and seller in the event of loss or theft.
