The double-tray Autopot® Basic is a hassle-free, self-watering planter system fit for both soil and hydroponic applications. It features a simple gravity-fed design so no electricity, pumps or timers are required for operation. The Autopot system includes two, ten-inch pots that sit inside a provided tray assembly. This tray also houses the innovative Smartvalve, which accurately controls the flow of nutrient solution to the individual plant sites as needed. Growers just connect the included Smartvalve unit to a modified master reservoir via some 1/4” tubing (both available separately) and keep the reservoir level to or higher than the Autopot module for proper functioning. Depending on the size of the reservoir, plants can stay hydrated for weeks before a refill is needed. This 24" x 11.5" x 8" basic system also includes root control mats and serves as an expansion set for the Autopot Complete.
