Prescription Treatment® brand Duraplex® TR Micro Total Release Insecticide is a ready-to-use, ultra low-volume insecticide fogger that controls a wide variety of greenhouse insects. The active ingredients are a combination of chlorpyrifos and cyfluthrin. Chlorpyrifos is a broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide and cyfluthrin is a third generation synthetic pyrethroid.
